Paying £65.99 Yet Green Bins Still Missed – Unacceptable

Residents ignored and no refund in sight

Residents are advising me that their green bins have been missed.

This is unacceptable given that households are paying £65.99 per year for this service.

The first step is to report the missed collection directly to Swindon Borough Council using their online system:

Missed collections should normally be resolved within 48 hours. If the issue is not resolved, please let me know so I can raise it further.
