I have lived in North Swindon for the past eight years and bring over two decades of experience in public service. I served in the British Army for 23 years, serving in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo and Sierra Leone to name a few. This background has given me a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork and resilience.
Since leaving the Armed Forces, I have continued my commitment to service through my work in Special Educational Needs at a local secondary school. I am also studying for a degree in Primary Education. As a parent of two young children, I understand the importance of education, community safety and access to well-maintained local spaces.
In my role as a parish councillor, I have focused on supporting mental health projects, protecting green spaces and improving engagement with residents. I have worked with local partners on tree planting schemes, community safety events and family support projects.
My aim is to work constructively and deliver practical improvements that benefit the whole community.
