Marking Remembrance within our community
Time to reflect
It was a privilege to spend time with schoolchildren and residents today as we marked remembrance. We held a two minute silence, laid a wreath, and reflected on why this moment matters.
We heard:
• Stories about relatives who served.
• Thoughts on respect and shared responsibility.
• Why it is important for the whole community to remember together.
Their sincerity and calm reflection gave the day real meaning.
