Labour have repeated their announcement that the bus fare cap will stay at £3. They first announced this in June. It was not good news then and it is not good news now.
💷 This is a 50 percent rise from the £2 cap that helped residents with daily costs. A regular commuter could now pay more than £200 extra each year. This follows Labour taking control of national transport policy, led by a Labour MP who is now the Transport Secretary and represents Swindon.
