Improving Access at Mouldon Hill

The canal is an important part of our local history and landscape

This week I met with the Wilts & Berks Canal Trust to look at new ways we can work together to enhance the canal area at Mouldon Hill. The Trust’s volunteers are doing outstanding work to make the towpath safer and more accessible for everyone.

Haydon Wick Council will be supplying woodchip to support improvements along the route.

The canal is an important part of our local history and landscape. I’ll share more soon on the path, route, and how you can get involved in the next phase of work.
